Solution-1: Update the Bluestacks app to the latest version

Solution-2: Use the Administrative rights (compatibility mode) of the app

  1. First, find the location of the Bluestacks app. Right click on the app icon and then choose ‘Properties.’
  2. Now, go to the ‘Compatibility’ tab. Tick on the box ahead of ‘Run this program in the compatibility mode for:” and then choose the relevant OS version from the drop-down menu
  3. Click on ‘Apply’ and then ‘Ok.’
  4. Now, Go to the ‘Security’ tab and select the proper user name
